Some views of the Journey.
After climbing out of the valley you can look across to Puy FerrandNorth Face of Mount Snowdon seen from Carnad Ugain.
Really wonderful pictures! This one of the best things in life you can do…walk and making pictures. Funny, if I take my camera with me I see more interesting things, as if you are more focussed.
Have a creative day!
Thanks Elly, I always carry my little point and shoot on walks, it’s easy to grab pictures in some terrible weather. Things I might otherwise miss. I have just invested in a waterproof bag for it too. Now its a snug bug in the rain.
Hi Starbear,
Glad you like them. Mount Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales, United Kingdom, and the Chaudefour Valley is in the Auvergne region of France. Near a place called Mont Dore. Also close by is the Puy de Sancy, highest mountain in the Massif Central.
We head back to France on 31 Jan, so I’m hoping to get out into the mountains there soon.
Thank you Jim! These are lovely… where in this big world are these located? You have climbed here on your Journey…? If you can locate them for me, I will putthem on list – of places to go before I leave the planet! Thank you!
Wow! Lovely pictures of your journey.
